One of the main businesses of Kingston & Grist, the Property Services Department, has been well known over the years for representing clients in arguing whether their rating assessments are too large, or not. Peter Kingston is one of the most respected and experienced rating surveyors on the Isle of Wight, and is a member of the Rating and Valuation Association.
