Levels of Enquiry Are On The Up

Despite continuous reports about the difficulties in the ecomomy and housing market, we have been experiencing high levels of enquiries for property from the start of 2011. More importantly there is an improvement in the quality of the enquiries with more buyers now in a position to move forward with cash in the bank or sales on their property, giving them an opportunity to proceed immediately with an onward purchase.

Over recent times opportunities have been few and far between, but as the selling season fast approaches, confidence and desire to buy is definitely on the up. Now is the time to sell whilst opportunites good are out there.
